The food is excellent. If you like fish, you can ask for different varieties, like Sea Bream.
My second time in the restaurant and I'm already planning to return 😀
It was really nice. Delicious food and very big portion. The personal was polite and friendly. They have a children Menu whit name like Pinocchio, Goofy and more.
I can‘t imagine i found that restaurant in a such a touristic area in Berlin, everything seemed and tasted and felt great. With the greek songs you could just feel like you are in Greek.
I would like to start by saying that before someone from the restaurant says we were not there and our opinion is not true, but we were there (unfortunately), we have the bill..
We had been waiting to try this restaurant for weeks, and today we finally had a chance, if we had not done it…
The first negative was that our reserved table was placed behind a group of about 12-14 people, while there were plenty of tables available. This would not have been a problem, but the group was very loud, so we couldn’t really talk.
The food: I have never had such a greasy, chunky gyros meat. I have tried many Greek restaurants in Berlin, but nowhere was the meat so full of grease. I didn’t eat much of it. The fries and the tzaziki were tasty, but not a big portion. My husband had a different kind of meat, which was good, but the side dish was a handful of fried vegetables with a few potatoes. The cocktails were delicious. We finished pretty quickly and the waiters must have sensed something was wrong because several of them asked why we didn’t stay. Despite of negative experience with the food, we left a tip as the service was OK, everybody was kind and it was not the fault of the waiters for the food not being good.
Instead free ouzo and free dessert, the restaurant should focus on the quality of the food…
The food was tasty and well presented although quite a bit more expensive than in other Greek restaurants of Berlin.
We went there on a Sunday afternoon and it was also strange that they had so early run out of minced meat, which is included in many dishes of their menu that we couldn't order, when there were lots of reservations for the next hours.
Also seeing that many reservations I advise to book a table beforehand if possible, although we got a table, the waitress was not that sure if there was space for us even if we were two people until she checked the lists.
We had a lovely evening with very attentive and friendly staff. The menu was better than expected. I’m giving it four stars because I feel the dishes could’ve done with a little bit more love and attention, but I’m quite picky. I didn’t like that smoking was allowed outside.
Food is really delicious and staff are really nice.
We had GrillPlate for 2 and it was great, but the waiters were constantly around the table and were in a hurry to take orders and clear the table and it made feel uncomfortable.
